At a density of 20 units per acre, this site delivers townhome living over private garages that park on-grade and give direct access to each living unit.

As a former grocery store site, Artisan Square represents an appropriate reuse of valuable underutilized land near major urban transportation networks. Located at the boundary of an existing single-family neighborhood, this project serves as a logical transition to the commercial properties adjacent to it.

Province Group processed all entitlements and developed the innovative product and site plan to provide for the highest and best use of the site. Building consensus with adjacent neighbors, Province Group was able to change the use of the property to create another successful residential infill community.
