Located in the El Sereno neighborhood, on a hillside with commanding views of East Los Angeles, this project was partially completed when Province Group took control of the asset. Province Group purchased construction debt at a discount from a major national lender and foreclosed on the real estate.

The property consisted of 153 townhome units that were partially completed at the time of foreclosure. Province Group completed the units, repositioned the asset, and successfully sold out the project to low and moderate income residents, with sales prices ranging between $109,000 and $139,000 for two- and three-bedroom units.
