Province Group purchased this partially completed condominium project, located in the Stevenson Ranch master-planned community of Valencia in Los Angeles County, and successfully repositioned it by negotiating with the county and existing homeowner’s association to allow for a re-designed product line and build out program. The condominium project consisted of 295 for-sale units.
