Acquisition Criteria

Province Group is actively seeking opportunities to acquire land or commercial buildings for entitlement and development of residential and mixed-use projects. Province Group draws from a vast array of experience through successful completion of numerous projects over our 30+ year history.

Land Criteria

  • Multi-Family: Minimum 2 acres (or 100+ units) in in-fill markets
  • Townhomes/SFD: Minimum 4 acres (or 50 units/lots) located in infill and suburban markets
  • California, Florida, Seattle, and Denver

Building Criteria

  • Existing commercial properties: Office, apartments, industrial, retail, medical, church or other commercial properties 40,000 square feet or larger with short-term leases located in infill markets
  • Rezoning opportunities
  • California, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Tennessee, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona

Sellers & Agency

  • We are a principal buyer and cooperate fully with brokers and agents
  • We can cover the brokerage fee
  • We are happy to write unsolicited offers for off-market and unlisted properties
  • Proof of funds will be provided on all offers
