Province Group purchased this 18-acre commercially zoned property in 2012, received unanimous approvals in order to successfully re-zone the property to allow for the development of 385 three-story garden apartment units, processed all entitlements including site plan and engineering permits, and teamed with a public merchant builder in 2013. This development broke ground in 2014.
